Ruud is the perfect example of how an estate agency should be run, we searched high and low for a property through other agents and didn`t feel comfortable with any of them. We met a few that lied just to get a sale, others that showed us properties we didn`t even ask to see and another that didn`t even bother to turn up.

We met Ruud after inquiring about a property he had for sale and knew absolutely nothing about him, within minutes of meeting him he quickly put us at ease with his smart appearance and very relaxed but professionals attitude. He arranged our banking, our NIE numbers, recommended our lawyers, acted as a translator, arranged the notary and even saved us money with advice on transferring funds abroad.

We had recently sold a property in Portugal which was an absolute nightmare and were at the time living in in hotels and bed &breakfast which was very expensive. Ruud understood our urgency for a quick completion and pulled out all stops for a speedy completion giving up his personal time and even working on weekends to speed up the process.

Ruud is worth his weight in gold and we would most definitely buy and sell through him again.
